Access for UN staff only

The Umoja Training program is the most important resource for users to learn how to use the new solution!

The training program affects staff members who are being mapped to an official Enterprise Role within Umoja to become a certified user.

Training is mandatory and will begin approximately 4-6 weeks prior to Umoja go-live at their site. This involves training through inspira as well as instructor-led courses on-site. User access to courses is staggered over time and users will gradually be assigned their specific courses.

See the Umoja Deployment Schedule to find out when Umoja will be implemented at your location.

All UN staff and other personnel are invited
to browse the Umoja Curriculum and Training Courses shown below to become more familiar with the Umoja solution.

Umoja (Foundation) Pilot Training Courses

Level 3: Advanced Courses

Please note: these courses are advanced, transactional-level and intended to be studied
in an instructor-led environment. The courses also contain links to simulations which
can only be viewed while browsing on the UN network.

The Level 3 course curriculum is currently being updated and will be shared here as soon as it is released
